1. Return

You have the right to return your order, or part of it, within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason, provided the product remains factory sealed (additional exclusions may apply).

- The 14-day return period starts when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier receive the product.

- For orders with multiple items delivered at different times, the 14-day period begins when the final item is received.

Please note:

You are responsible for any loss in product value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Free gifts included in your order must also be returned. If not, their value will be deducted from your refund.

2. Warranty Information

2.1 LED Grow Lights

First 30 days: Manufacturing defects are handled directly by ORIGAMI VALLEY SL. Eligible products can be returned, replaced, or refunded if:

- Unused and sealed

- Verified manufacturing defect

After 30 days, warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer (1–8 year limited warranty depending on brand/model).

Exclusions:

- Improper use, accidental damage, normal wear and tear

- Altered or exposed Grow Lights

2.2 Grow Tents (Mars Hydro)

- 30-day return for unused and sealed items, including all accessories.

- Manufacturer warranty (Mars Hydro) covers 1-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects.

- Exclusions: improper use, assembly errors, environmental or accidental damage.

3. Return Process

Returns must include all original packaging and accessories.

Return shipments without prior notification may not be reimbursed.

For incomplete returns, refunds may be adjusted.

4. Refund Process

Refunds, including standard shipping costs, will be issued within 14 days.

Refunds are processed only to the original credit card used for purchase.

Proof of return or tracking may be requested before issuing the refund
