1. Shipping Overview
We prioritize efficient and private shipping for all orders. Our goal is timely deliveries, respect for privacy preferences, and excellent customer service. All products are shipped from our warehouse in Spain.
Important: Please provide a valid delivery name and address. Parcels cannot be guaranteed if incorrect or invalid information is provided.
Before placing your order, confirm that your items and your country are included in our shipping options.
2. Shipping Options
2.1 Free Delivery

Delivery timeframe: 3–15 working days

Only delivered to private addresses (no PO boxes, Packstations, Relay Points, forwarding companies, or public places).

Track & Trace information is emailed once the parcel is shipped; check your spam folder.

No tracking updates are available until the parcel reaches the destination country (may take up to 10 business days).

Deliveries may require a signature. Couriers will leave a note if absent. In some cases, the parcel may be left in your letterbox.

Specific delivery times or dates cannot be requested. Couriers will not contact you by phone to schedule delivery.

Orders are shipped from Spain; final delivery is managed by your local courier.
